Dr. France’s Challenge:
New teachers were asked to design inside a wooden box using only paint and rhinestones. The task shows how the same constraints and limitations can spark very different ideas, styles, and stories. Just like in teaching—where time, curriculum, and resources are real constraints—innovation happens inside the box.
