Welcome to another exciting school year at Forest Road School! As we open our doors and hearts to a new year of learning, growth, and connection, I am filled with pride to serve as the principal of such a vibrant and supportive school community.

As we step into the 2025–2026 school year, we are excited to embrace the district theme: “Every Picture Tells a Story.” In every classroom, every hallway, and every interaction, our students are creating moments that become meaningful stories of learning, growth, courage, and connection. At Forest Road, we believe every child holds a unique and powerful narrative, and it is our collective responsibility to help shape a school experience that reflects their voice, their culture, and their dreams.

In Valley Stream District 30, our mission is to ignite the passion within our children to become resilient, respectful, and culturally responsive lifelong learners. We accomplish this by creating safe, inclusive, and nurturing spaces where students feel a strong sense of belonging and ownership over their academic and social-emotional journey
