Welcome to the Valley Stream District 30 UFSD 2020-2021 budget information
webpage. This page is designed to provide Valley Stream District 30
residents with budget information in a transparent manner. The budget that
is presented initially is one that is prepared by district administrators
with direction from the Board of Education. However, with Board and
community input, the budget that is adopted in the Spring is ultimately
that of the Board of Education. Please check back often as the information
contained on this webpage will change as the budget development process
continues. Click images on the left to access budget calendar information,
budget vote information, budget documents and budget board presentations.
We encourage all residents to attend our board meetings/budget workshops.
The annual budget vote originally scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, 2020
will now take place on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 by absentee ballot only. No
voting at schools. All qualified voters who are registered to vote will
receive an absentee ballot by mail, with a postage-paid return envelope to
return your ballot. If it is necessary to drop off your ballot at the
District Office (175 N. Central Avenue), please follow signage that will be
posted at the District Office. If you wish to register to vote,
