How to Search for Information on the Internet. This site provides a great tutorial on Keyword Searches. This page allows students to do Keyword Searches using 5 different child safe search engines. The site also has links to tutorials on advanced search strategies.

Scrambled Stories 
 
This site has several familiar stories that children can read, have read to them, and interact with while they practice recognizing different parts of speech. The graphics in the story change with student input and the completed story can be printed out.

Bookpals
This site produced by the Screen Actors Guild presents streaming videos of of books being read to students by famous actors. Each book presented includes a book summary, several age appropriate activities, information about the author, and information about the reader. Teachers can also download a complete lesson plan to use with the book.
